It was all the way back in mid April when we were told ‘the next patch is almost here‘ and my prediction for when the DLC would be available for consoles has been and gone. At this point and for the past few weeks, the question has been asked; ‘has the patch even been sent to Microsoft and Sony?’. As we weren’t getting any answers in the forums or on the Atari forum, I thought I would send GMDestra (Head of the community team for Atari) a email and ask him personally.
As we’ve had very little news on the console DLC, here’s a poll for you. So here’s the question, which of the following cars in the poll would you prefer to have in real life? I decided to only put 4 cars in, rather than list many as the cars are hard to compare – however these four hyper cars are in direct competition. Personally, I think I would have the Pagani Zonda. Why? Well, it’s just so ‘out-of-this-world’ and different, it has to be my favourite. What about you? Vote below!
This morning (3rd June) between 0700 and 0900 GMT the servers where down due to sever maintenance being performed between these time. According to these times (at the time of posting) the servers should now be back up. At the moment we don’t know exactly what has been done. Fingers crossed it is related to performance and we will experience smoother online experience.
As we are still waiting for the Exploration Pack to be released for Xbox and PS3, there has been very little news to report recently – so it’s time for another poll. If you’ve got the Online Casino, you should understand the poll…
Personally, I’ve only got to a level 2 tournament. I haven’t managed to progress yet due to being kicked out of a couple of games due to a dodgy internet connection (Damn you!) But, I’ll keep trying! Leave a comment and tell me how much you enjoy/hate the casino.
